Withdrawal Policy
1. General Principles
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before funds are released. Processing begins once a request is approved, and actual payout timing depends on the method chosen and the status of your verification.
2. Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts
The minimum withdrawal is €20, or the crypto equivalent at the time of the request, applied consistently across payment methods. Maximum amounts vary by method:
- Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Skrill Rapid Transfer, SticPay, Ecopayz, and card payouts: up to €500 per transaction.
- Paysafecard: up to €250 per transaction.
- Interac e-Transfer, Instadebit, and Idebit: up to 750 CAD per transaction.
- Venus Point: up to 500 USD per transaction.
- Bank Transfer: minimum €50, maximum €500 per transaction, processed within three business days; intermediary banks may apply their own additional fees, typically up to €16, which fall outside the Casino's control.
- Bitcoin: up to 0.05 BTC. Bitcoin Cash: up to 1.7 BCH. Ethereum: up to 1.3 ETH. Litecoin: up to 8 LTC.
Where a requested amount exceeds a method's limit, the payout may be split across multiple instalments.
3. Identity Verification
Before any withdrawal is processed, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of your current address, and any other documentation needed to confirm your identity or payment method. Submitting false or incomplete verification documents may result in a refused payout and, in serious cases, account termination; suspicious activity may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Card Payouts
Withdrawals to Visa are processed as an Original Credit Transfer, and to Mastercard as a Payment Transfer. The receiving card must be a personal card, not a corporate one, and must be issued in a country the Casino supports for this purpose. Even where a country is technically supported, your card issuer may still block or decline the transaction at its own discretion, and the Casino cannot guarantee that any card payout will succeed. If a card payout is not possible, the Casino may pay the withdrawal through an alternative method, such as an e-wallet, at its discretion. Where a withdrawal does not exceed your total net deposit made by card, it may be returned to that same card, with any amount above the net deposit paid through an alternative method.
5. Processing Timeframes
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 72 hours of approval, though many are completed faster. Bank transfers specifically are processed within three business days of approval. Actual timing always depends on the method selected and how quickly your verification is completed.
6. Withdrawal Frequency Limits
Maximum withdrawal volume is tied to your loyalty tier and applies per day, week, and month:
- Serpent: €500 per day, €2,500 per week, €10,000 per month.
- Viper: €750 per day, €3,750 per week, €15,000 per month.
- Python: €1,500 per day, €7,500 per week, €30,000 per month.
- Anaconda: €3,000 per day, €15,000 per week, €60,000 per month.
- King Cobra: no standard withdrawal limit applies, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full and do not count toward these limits. Cryptocurrency-equivalent limits are calculated using the exchange rate at the time of the request.
7. No-Deposit Bonus Winnings
Winnings generated from a no-deposit bonus are capped at €30, or the equivalent in another currency or cryptocurrency at the time of the request.
8. Currency and Fees
The Casino's internal operating currency is EUR. Where you transact in a different currency, the amount debited or credited may vary slightly due to conversion rates applied by your bank and by our processing systems. Bank transfer payouts are not available in USD. The Casino is not a financial institution: balances do not earn interest, and no currency exchange or conversion service, including between fiat and crypto, is provided. You are responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider applies during a withdrawal.
