3. Personal Limits

Limits can be adjusted at any time. A decrease takes effect immediately; an increase only takes effect after email confirmation and once any existing limit of the same type has expired, to prevent impulsive changes.

Deposit Limit: caps your deposits over a day, week, or month. Because of the technical nature of cryptocurrency, deposit limits cannot always be enforced on crypto transactions; players wanting a strict deposit ceiling should use a non-crypto payment method.
Loss Limit: caps how much you can lose over a day, week, or month.
Wager Limit: caps the total amount you can wager over a day, week, or month.
Cooling-Off Period: pauses your account for a set length of time (one week, one month, three months, or six months). While it's active, you cannot make fiat deposits or receive promotional offers, though you may still withdraw your remaining balance; some cryptocurrency deposits may still process due to the technical nature of crypto payments. The period applies immediately and lifts automatically once it expires.
Self-Exclusion: disables your account for a fixed period (six months, nine months, or one year) or indefinitely. Once active, fiat deposits are blocked and you are excluded from all promotional offers for the chosen period. Any remaining balance, including cryptocurrency transactions that complete due to their technical nature, can still be withdrawn manually on request. Active self-exclusion does not remove the requirement to complete identity verification where the Casino needs it to process funds.

4. Sportsbook-Specific Limits

Loss and wager limits do not currently apply to sportsbook bets, and an active cooling-off period does not prevent a sportsbook bet from being placed if a balance is available. A separate deposit limit, cooling-off period, and self-exclusion option, working the same way as described above, are available specifically for sportsbook activity.

5. Protection of Minors

Only individuals aged 18 and over may register, and the Casino uses reasonable methods to prevent underage registration and play, including requesting proof of identity and denying access where the required age has not been met. Because it is not possible to fully prevent underage access to the internet, parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software as an additional safeguard.
